Clean – Cleanse


Lets Cleanse together!

February is a great month to spend detoxifying and healing the digestive system, healthy eating/healthy digestion = healthy skin! We will be doing the 21 day cleanse by Dr. Junger. All are welcome; tell your friends or family about it. We will have a Facebook group to share recipes and support each other. There will also be 4 meetings (optional) and two guest speakers with helpful information.


Step 1:
Purchase the book “Clean” by Dr. Alenjandro Junger (you can get a used paperback on Amazon for about $3)
Step 2:
Watch Dr. Junger’s videos on YouTube: Clean, the Introduction & week 1 (note: you can purchase the kit mentioned in the book/videos OR there is a list I will give you for the local health food store)
Step 3:
Start to PRE-Cleanse
(Start this part as soon as you can)
Eliminate from your diet, that means NO:
ALL processed food (no white flour, chips, crackers, pasta, cookies, etc.)
Sugar (read labels, it’s sneaky and in everything)


Day one of the 21-day (three week) cleanse starts on Saturday February, 20th, 2016

Meeting – Friday March 18th, 6-7:30pm
